Here are the responsibilities you will be given in your role as a prevention advisor:

•         The drafting of annual prevention plans on the basis of the five-year plan

•         Reporting

•         You set up, implement and monitor the dynamic risk management system (fire, industrial accidents, etc.).

•         Make regular visits to work sites to ensure that safety measures are respected

•         You ensure the management of PPE

•         You take care of planning and organizing the various training courses required (first aiders, etc.).

•         You follow up on accidents, analyze them and make recommendations.

•         You manage all contacts with the external prevention service.

•         You establish a psychosocial risk management policy and put in place the appropriate measures

•         You lead a monthly continuous improvement meeting on safety and well-being in the workplace.

•         You perform a legal watch to ensure the company's compliance in these matters

And in your role as Facility Manager

 

Building :

•         Management of subcontracting contracts: follow-up of contracts, administrative management, monitoring of execution (and competitive bidding with the help of Finance)

•         Management of building "problems": water infiltration, etc...

•         Organization and follow-up of the necessary work

 

Fleet :

-        Provide support for fleet management (technical control, maintenance, repair management, etc.).

 

Telephony :

-        Ensure the follow-up of contracts and relations with the operator (new subscription, ...)

 

 

This is why you are the person we are looking for:

•       You are a level 3 prevention advisor

•         Your VCA certification is up to date

•         You distinguish yourself by your dynamism and proactivity, you are open to sharing experience and knowledge.

•         You are pragmatic, you set yourself precise objectives.

•         You have excellent communication skills.

•         You have a flexible work method and you adapt to constraints.

•         As a contact person for the whole company, you are used to speaking the language of your interlocutor (French/Dutch) and have a good knowledge of English.
